Shipping
How is my order processed?
We work with a logistics partner, Carefulfilment. They pack your orders and deliver them to UPS.
What are the delivery costs?
- For orders under 89 euros, you pay 5.95 euros shipping costs.
- For orders over 89 euros, you get free shipping.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive your order within 2 business days
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Yes, you will! You'll receive it by email from our logistics partner Carefulfiment.
Returns
How do I return a package?
